Rental conditions

Tenant requirements
• The minimum age must be 22 years old;
• Driving experience must be at least 2 years.
If the driver does not meet these requirements, the company may offer to increase the amount of the deposit.

Required Documents
• Passport
• Driver's license
• TIN (for citizens of Ukraine)
For foreigners, it is necessary to provide a passport with a stamp on crossing the border of Ukraine.

Lease term
• The minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day)
• The beginning of the lease term is considered the moment of signing the transfer acceptance certificate

Mileage Conditions
• The daily mileage limit is 300 km, it is considered in total for the entire rental period, but it should not exceed 5000 km per month.
• The total mileage is calculated for the entire rental period
• In case of overrun, each kilometer is paid additionally according to the company's tariffs.

Pledge (deposit)
• Along with the payment, the client must pay a security deposit for the car. It can be paid by credit card or in cash. With the help of a bank card, there is also a service of blocking the amount of the deposit on the card and after the expiration of the lease and in the absence of violations of the contract, the client receives the entire amount of the deposit back.
• The amount of the deposit depends on the car class.
• The deposit is returned to the tenant at the time of returning the car (when the rental agreement is fulfilled), after checking for fines and inspecting the car.

Who can drive a rental vehicle?
• Any driver who has a driver's license with suitable campaign requirements can drive a rented car. But only the tenant is responsible for the car.

Issuing and returning a car

Issuance during non-working hours (from 19:00 to 9:00) is paid additionally.

• the amount of fuel is fixed upon delivery, when returning with less fuel, the tenant compensates the amount for refueling
• payment for car washing is charged upon delivery of the car in accordance with the company's tariffs (if the car requires washing) The car is issued in a clean condition

Movement Territory
• Clients of our company have the right to freely use rented cars on the territory of Ukraine, except for the war zone and the occupied territories
